get List of docs in folder

Hi all,

I m trying to get all documents (docName and DocID) from the given folder.

Node parentFolder = docManClient.GetNode(ref otAuthentication,NodeID);

getting parentFolder but how can I get all documents under parentFolder?

please help.

var nodeList = docManClient.ListNodes(ref otAuthentication, folderNodeId, false);

that will return a list of the children nodes.

var nodeList = docManClient.ListNodes(ref otAuthentication, folderNodeId, false);

Beware that you may have to increase the maxReceivedMessageSize on the binding.

You may also take a look at theGetNodesInContainer function and see if that serves your purpose. It has additional options as shown below –

GetNodesInContainerOptions options = newGetNodesInContainerOptions{

MaxDepth = 100,

MaxResults = 1000

};

Node[] nodes = docClient.GetNodesInContainer(ref dmOTAuth, node.ID, options);
