Where to post questions about XML Search API

Hi, 

  The XML Search API forum appears to be read-only now.  Where are questions about this API to be posted? Ultimately, I'm hoping to find an example of how to call the search XML API from Java using the REST authentication token instead of calling ll.login first to populate the cookie store. Last I heard, it was possible since 10.5 2015-09.
