I'm trying to debug something in CSIDE but sometimes the window doesn't render completely (see attachment). Is this a known problem and is there a workaround?
From the screen, it looks more like issue with the eclipse.
What is the eclipse version you use ? are you using the latest CSIDE ?
please use eclipse Mars or above and use the latest CSIDE and update the post if this still occurs.

Oddly, it works fine the first few times I debug something. After that it starts resembling the screenshot. I recover by shutting down Eclipse and the CS admin service, and killing any errant Java processes (including Eclipse). After everything is back up it happens again after a few debug sessions. I gave up after a few hours...

Based on the description, it is something that affect the eclipse Java threads that freezes UI for you while debugging. What happened here, the sky is our limit To investigate we need logs from Content server and from eclipse (located at the workspace ,metdata folder). If you know steps to reproduce it, please share and I will give it a run here at my system to see what happens.
