Expanding Recently Accessed getting a 500 error

We have Recently Access as one of the blocks on our Smart UI. when we expand the block nothing displays. When I go to Debug for IE it gives this error

WRN Internal Server Error (500)

Hi David,

If you inspect the response on the browser network tab does it return a JSON object with some error details? If not, it could be either one of two things:

1) You don't have detailed error messages enabled on your Web Server (https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/piroot/llescor/v160000/llescor-igd/en/html/igd-iisconfig-restapi-bg.htm)

2) Check the server logs directory as there may be a trace file.
