Customize My Assigment Widget

Hi All,

I would like to customize/Clone the My Assignment widget so to show in it the WF's location attribute, that is it's Title.

This because at the moment the widget shows the task name and underneath it a label saying Workflow Task, I would lie to replace the label Workflow Task with the Wokflow's Title so that even if I have 10 tasks with the same name, the workflow's name could easily let me understand to which workflow that task belongs to.

Could someone point me out to some documentation or explain how I could achieve such a request?

Hi Igor,

If I understood you correctly - there is a patch that fixes this - shows workflow name when you expand the widget.

pat160000252 LPAD-50686:"Workflow or Task List name" is not populated in Assignments when using the SmartUI

If you want to show something more when widget is not expanded:

1. sdk customisation

2. create a webreport widget and show whatever you desire.

Most important you need to know how to create WebReports.

Then - through Perspective Manager adding a WebReport widget is just choosing WebReport type widget box and pointing it to a WebReport (that you have created).
