Click on API Reference in https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll/open/67792619 and I get Content Server Error: Error opening item. [Could not retrieve the item 'javadoc'.]
Where is the off-line version of the API Reference ?

The offline version is still missing the API Reference link, I think (meaning, you can't view the javadocs). This problem is known and it will be resolved shortly.
Thank you everybody. Paul O helped me and found the API reference. I guess I was the first person in history to look for the CWS 16 API reference and found it was missing. You will be relieved to knbw that it is there now at the usual link.
