Oclipse Standard Out

I am using Eclipse Kepler and the 10.5 cside plugin. I am not able to perform standard out operations of echo

Echo ("This is sample string") does not yield any output to the console.

I have tried changing eclipse versions from Kepler to Mars.

I am using Neon.3 Release (4.6.3) with the 16.2 plugin. The documentation for the 16.2 plugin says it supports content server 10.5 so may be worth a try.
