Unable to capture Sub-WF metadata in a LR

I deveoped a Form Driven WF with a Sub-WF. I am able to report the metadata from the Main WF Reviewers Dispositions & Comments, but unable to report the metadata fom the Sub-WF reviewers dispsotions & comments. I know I am missing something in the code. Any ides on how the code should be in the Where / From /  And statements

You likely need to include the SubWorkID along with the WorkID in order to return elements from the main and sub-workflow.

For example, if you are querying the WFComments table to retrieve the comments, there is a WF_WorkflowID column. This will contain records for the main workflow (WorkID), but you will also need to retrieve records for the sub-workflow (SubWorkID). Similarly for the WFDispositions table.

I would also suggest looking closely at the WSubWork & WSubWorkTask tables. There is a column for WorkID and SubWorkID.
