Workflow GetListProcess for all user - CS 16.0.4

I wrote some code to get all workflow process from all user using CWS and C#. But, I just get admin user workflow process only. The target is the same like we change option Show -> System in web client.

Here my code:

OTCS_Workflow.ProcessSearchOptions options = new OTCS_Workflow.ProcessSearchOptions();

Any idea or i just miss some code?

Another question, how to filter based on intiatedate? So on next run, I just get new workflow process only.
