Searching documents by Category Attributes

Dear All,

I am looking for sample java code to search the documents using category attribute values using CWS java API.

Any help greatly appreciated.

There is a sample by Alex Kropp using the REST token to call the search API . It may look weird but the best search interface is through the XMLsearchApi while that may sound complicated  it is nothing but a form submitting like this ?func=search 

While truly not SOAP it will work better than the pure SOAP implementation 

Also livelink search API has been used by the community for about 15 years from many external interfaces so you should be able to do your stuff very easily

The key is understanding search
