I believe you should be able to get ahold of it through Connected Workspaces 16.2, found here: https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objId=62373989&objAction=browse&sort=name&viewType=1

I am not quite clear if there is a customizationrt anywhere else, bundled with the likes of Contract Management.
