CWS authentication through OTDS

I have followed the following article in order to authenticate a C# CWS console app via OTDS:

I can add the service references for all the CS services, however, the OTDS auth service at the URL below returns a 404 error.

http://<<server name>>:8080/ot-authws/Authentication?wsdl

Entering this URL directly in a browser also returns a 404 error.  I have checked that the Tomcat server is running and that OTDS is functioning normally on this machine.  Tomcat Manager shows that the ot-authws service is available.

I would appreciate any advice on what I am doing wrong.

In a default OTDS setup, the OTDS services are hosted at

http://<<servername>>:8080/otdsws/services/Authentication?wsdl

You could try the same.
