eclipse appends numeric number automatically when it open

Hi Team,
I have installed 10.5 custom module on CS 16.2.1 dev for CS16 upgrade. And found strange issue. Some of the package renamed.(appended with numeric number at end of the package name) this created a lot of issues.
Jar with I have tested right now : com.opentext.cside_16.0.2.1333
When try to upgrade to latest jar it is not all showing any package structure .it displays all the classification in same level in the eclipse tree structure. And rename the some of the package.os files( i have attached screenshot)

Please advise me what I am missing.

I've seen this where the import process struggles to convert the module, do you have the log file (thread0.out) or similar during the import ?

I have not saved import logs, will it helpful if i can share logs while module load?

otherwise i have import once again.

Its the log during the import as that will show what CSIDE is doing during the import of the OSpace.
