Smart UI for assignments like workflow

Hi All,

In the smart ui assignment widget when selected "workflow assignments" ,"disposition assignments"

it takes back to native UI.

Is there any configuration that would provide these assignments on smart ui itself

Or these needs customization only , any suggestion on this would be helpfull.

Workflow maps need to be enabled manually to display in the Smart View in order to leverage this feature.

Configuration details:

1. Edit the workflow map

2. Double click on a user step

3. Set the display settings to "Smart View"

4. Click "Update Workflow Definition"

5. On the "Smart View" tab, selec the fields, order of fields and mode

6. Click "Update Workflow Definition"

7. repeat the steps 2 to 6 for any user step and the start step

8. Save the workflow map

Background:

The classic workflow interface and navigation was deemed as bad fit from a user experience point of view which we did not want to just replicate. Content Server Workflow has a flexible backend programming model without a programmatic way to tell if there is a user interface extension present or not that would fit to the Smart UI. Therefore we needed to go for the opt-in approach mentioned above. The workflow designer needs to make sure the configuration/customization fits to the Smart UI. If not, specific steps could fall back to Classic View.
