i am new in developing OpenText ECM live reports. i want to develop a report that list all accessible folders per group.
e.g.
GroupA - Folder 1GroupA - Folder 2GroupA - Folder 3GroupB - Folder 2GroupB - Folder 4GroupB - Folder 5
I’m not sure what you want here. All Folders a Group is assigned to in the ACL?
If so, that’s very simple. You’ll access the DTREEACL, KUAF and the DTREE.
Select k.name “Group”, dta.dataid, dt.name “Folder”,
Case dta.see
When 0 then ‘None’
When 1 then ‘See’
When 2 then ‘See Contents’
When 3 then ‘Modify’
When 4 then ‘Delete’ end Perms
From dtreeacl dta
Join dtree dt on dta.dataid = dt.dataid and dt.subtype = 0 ß-Folders only
Join kuaf k on dta.rightid = k.id and dta.rightid = %1 ß-specific GroupID
Where dta.see > 1ß-Can at least See the Contents(open, download)
Order by k.name, dt.name

Don't forget to include nested groups. You're after the Effective and not Explicit permissions with this type of query.
