How to add latest word document version in Adlib?

I need to add latest word document version in Adlib(MS word 2013 and MS 2010). Can you please provide the solution for this issue?

I am able to rendition the excel, text and ppt documents, but when I rendition the word document, I am receiving the below error.

Error : An unknown error (-64) has occurred.

Can you please provide solutions to this issue?

do you have any logs for this issue ? which version(s) of the components are you using ? is this issue always there or just since date X ? have you asked OT Support ?
