Deleted user workflow steps

Hi,

We have a requirement to report on all active workflows where a Deleted user is assigned to the folllowing workflow attributes. We need to return only Active workflows. Does anyone have any ideas for SQL? Alternatively, we can use advanced search if there is an option to also filter/search by the current workflow status.

Level 2 Approver [qlregion "WFAttr_Level_2_Approver"]

Level 1 Approver [qlregion "WFAttr_Level_1_Approver"]

Reviewer [qlregion "WFAttr_Reviewer"]

To do this, you’d access the “TODO2” table for active WFs linking to the attribute table. 

I don’t have access to the DB presently, but there is a table for the Attributes.  Open the schema and look towards the bottom of the alpha-sorted list.  Open it to see what values can be linked to in a SQL.  From there, you’d check the Attribute value against the KUAF to find if it’s deleted.

 

A more costly way, perhaps, than starting with TODO2, is to go to the WWORK table and check the Status.

 

You didn’t say whether your DB is oracle or SQL Server or other.  I can’t write the query, since I don’t know the columns without seeing them.
