Carousel Widget (setting) icon just scrolls some information

Any solution or suggestion to above issue are welcome. Using cs16.2.3

Can this setting icon be hidden or anyother workaraound.

I'm not sure which setting you're referring to. Could you perhaps post a screenshot showing the setting you mean?
