DSuggestWordsPending processing

Hi all,

When checking the pending tables on our PRD environment (CS 16.2.3), we noticed that the DSuggestWordsPending table doesn't seem to be decreasing. There are almost 100k entries in there and slowly growing, on our Dev and Acc environment that table is nearly empty.

If I understand correctly that table should be processed by the Distributed Agent, but does someone know where to look to find more detailed logs/insights in the process?

Hi Mathijs,

 

The admin pages provide a link to the Distributed Agent (DA) dashboard.

There you can see an overall representation of the backlog, and the Details link in the top left corner can allow you to drill into each type of task being processed by the DA.

 

DSuggestWordsPending is tied to facet word suggestions (for the “More…” dialog), so it’s the facet task group you should investigate.
