Error sign in to Enterprise Library's server

I have already added new server for Enterprise Library, and i want to upload certificate for it. but i cant sign in to the server and this error comes out

"The request failed with HTTP status 404."

then i checked it from apache list application, theres no ot-elib applications there. so what should i do ? i try to install the Extension but it stil doesnt show there.

If you getting that error in the ot-elib.log file simply i will assume the webapps is not there over your Tomcat instance. Try to deploy the ot-elib webapp which apache should automatically deploy for you else give a retsrat of apache tomcat services, it should not give you you errors once deployed correctly.
