Hello experts - I have this “Contracts” category with around 50 attributes where I capture all contacts information. I need to improve search capabilities and overall formatting of the screen (improve labels, shift fields around, …), your help is much appreciated.
The most painful is search field; the user needs to search by name and select vendor # from thousands of vendors. I use attribute type “table key lookup” from my custom table, and it works. The only problem is, that the lookup works on one field only and there is no search; I need to pop the window with Vendor# + Vendor name, and have Search capability on name. Does anybody have any experience on improving this “1 field” limitation and adding search option to it? Also what would be the quick way to improve labels of the fields, and maybe move them around ?
