Content Server configuration error

Hello,I just installed the Content Server and all content server module successfully. but when I tried to open the content server Administration it gives below error:"HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable."although the services is running.Note:the server is not part of a domain. does it matter?I attached some logs file for your reference.

I'd check your opentext.ini file for the correct DB Connection elements as there are several lines similar to this in your thread log :
