Servers are missing from the Cluster Agent List

Hello experts,we are doing new installation of CS 16 and we want to apply the updates and patches but in cluster agent under cluster management shows blank and no serer appear. further more, the file CS\config\clusteragent\.otclusteragent.properties is not creating when we restart the cluster service. please advice on that and let me know if I need to provide more information.

You should probably open a support ticket. However, do check out the General Content server forum as well. I've run into problems like this and I posed about them there.
