We're needing to move the content of DAUDITNEW from one system to another, where the DATAIDs, etc. have changed. Our Developer can't find any procedure/call, etc to write into that table. Does such a one exist?

What's the particular reason that you need to transfer the DAuditNew from one environment, to another?
Are you migrating data from one environment, to another, and wanted its full audit history? Ex: When Doc 1 was added, who has worked on it, before, etc.
I've not heard of anyone doing this before, personally.

The client wants to go from Oracle to SQL Server. They need it, like most other companies, for auditing purposes.
Going from Oracle to SQL is done in a few ways: 3rd party, 3rd party, or home-grown development.
