Need to download "com.opentext.cside" jar

Please advice where exactly I can download "com.opentext.cside" jar file for CS 16.2.4 version ? 

Is it in the OTCS 16.2.4 installation home directory ? Please advice.

The latest CSIDE plugin supports Content Server 10.5 and 16.x versions.
