Update does not in perspective Metadata Widget

Hi everybody,

i´m working with Content Server 16.2.0 and i was working with the perspective manager for configuring the smart view for my workspace template. This content does not update when i configure the widget Metadata and Related Workspace, these not update the changes and these widgets do not show attributes.

Somebody has the same problem? how could i fix this issue?

Your screenshot shows the configuration of the xECM Sidebar for CS UI Widgets 10.x. It is not used in CS 16.2.

You need to configure categories and attributes for showing in the Metadata widget in the Perspective Manager.

I was configuring in the workspace type, but in smart view is not working. I attachment new file with settings that i have done, you can check the file

Hi Luis,

Could you open a ticket with support, please?

There could be a patching issue, or similar, that is actually preventing your Perspectives Manager from saving your changes.

Please provide them with a lite sysreport.
