Create New Enterprise Data Source is not working during Content server16 configuration

Dear experts,

am doing new installation for AS and CS16, and all moved smothly but when we start configure the CS we reached 'Create New Enterprise Data Source ' level and when we click on 'Create process' button nothing happened after that.

please adviss me what could be the reason?
