SmartUI did not load properly (Content Server 16.2.5 (2018-06), build 428) (IE 11.0.10240.17889)

Hi All,

We have implemented best practice suggested by OpenText for SmartUI. Furthermore, we use vanilla CS. We didn't do any customization. Apparently, we couldn't load the full Landing Page on:

CS Version: Content Server 16.2.5 (2018-06), build 428.

Affected Platform: Internet Explorer Version 11.0.10240.17889 (official version for the all users)

It will load very well on other browser (Chrome / Firefox). Kindly refer below:

Could you open the developer tools, reload the page and post the error, which you get here, please? If there is no error there right away, wait for 30 seconds; some application-loading errors may show up after the module loader times out.

The invalid stylesheet URL is a bug. But it will not break the whole display of the page.

Do you see any errors on the Console tab?

Does anyone faced this issue as well? 11.0.10240 is the base IE version for Windows 10.

Apparently Smart UI works in lower IE versions (Win7) and higher versions as well.

Did you ever find any solution for this. You seem to get a very similar behavior as ours:

Our problem is on IE 11, Windows 10 and seems to be related to the way some templating files (.hbt) of the SmartUI are being cached by the browser. We did not get any interesting answer from the OpenText support desk for the moment.
