Dear all ,

i wondered if i can make business workspace through workflow step

(item handler can  make folder ,

can we do this with business workspace or any type of items(project , discussion ,document,collection,....etc)).

finally  i want  to  create business workspace based on workspace type predefined  through workflow .

Hi Hussein,

 

I assume you have xECM platform and not only CS platform. There is the possibility to create business workspaces via REST call from the defined template. Currently the API is not officially released, but it is used for some product integrations.

With WebReport, I think since 16.2.4, you are able to make REST calls from the webReport WF step.

If you want to go this route then please contact support for some official statements around this.
