One group has access to which folders on OTCS 16.2

Hi All

I am trying to create a live report which tells a perticular group has access to which folders .

It needs to ask the group ID and display the results .

We are using OTCS : 16.2 With SQL database .

Please let me know if someone can help me with this.

That’s easy…connecting KUAF to the DTREE and DTREEACL (or just the DTREEACL).  It also depends upon whether you want a list of subsequent/sub-folders or just throughout the entire EWS.  All sub-folders would require the DTREEANCESTORS to be connected too.

 

KUAF.ID, KUAF.TYPE = 1

KUAF.ID = DTREEACL.RIGHTID

 

Following that, do you want to know which permissions, which I would think you do.  That would add a CASE statement to it. 

What are all of your requirements?  But before you reply, look in the LiveReports Forum for requests like this.  It’s fairly common.
