strange redirection when authenticating using internal DS with CS 16.2.6

Hi All,

When a user tries to login, they are redirected to the machinename:port# instead of the DNSanem: port # after we tried to add another instance as part of a cluster.  Now that instance is un-installed and this is still happening.  Where can I change that value so that it returns back to the DNS name.
