WebReport Disappeared From Perspective Manager

Hi,

My WebReport tile suddenly disappeared from the Perspective Manager's Widget Library.

I've checked that the webreport license is valid and i can create as well as run webreport in content server.

It was there previously but not sure why it suddenly went missing.

Anyone knows how to bring it back?

Hi,

When this happens it's typically down to WebReports not getting a license from OTDS. If WebReports thinks it is unlicensed then the widgets won't load in the Perspective Manager.

Restarting the front end service so that it can poll OTDS on start up to get the license typically resolves this.

Hi,

We had the same issue after applying the latest CS 16.2.7 Update.

Only after logging on to the Knowledge site, Rehost and then downloaded the Webpreports licence file, and then applied via OTDS it worked for us again.
