Using Smart View in User or Initiator Step in Workflow map

Hello,

Using Content Server 16.2, I am using either an User or Initiator step with Smart View selected.  The attachment is available in the Smart View step view, however, when you edit it, it will not save back as a version into Content Server.  Instead it saves to my hard drive.  Can you use Smart View in a workflow step and interact with the attachment(s) so they save version back into the workflow instance?  This is very important and without it, Smart View could not be used.

If Smart View is NOT selected in a User Step (Classic View), editing and saving attachment will save versions in workflow instances.  Using a form, editing and saving the attachment will save versions in workflow instances.
