Problem with user assigned to workflow´s tasks

Hello to everyone,

we have one issue related to the assigments of tasks in workflows. It´s the first time that we face this issue.

We designed a workflow and as we initiate the workflow, the first task must go to one user, for example, dgarciar. No matter which user initiates the workflow, the first task goes to the correct user, dgarciar, and also to Admin!!!, but it´s not a group task, it´s a normal task. When we see the workflow map that is initiated the correct task is marked in green and says that the task is asigneed to dgarciar.

With other versions of Opentext we haver never seen this issue. We have this version of Opentext: Content Server 16.2.5 (2018-06), versión 428.

Have any of you any idea of what is happening with this assigments?

no, we have no proxy for that user. It happens with every user that initiates the workflow and only for the first task. And it´s the first time we found this issue. In other versions of Opentext we have never found this.
