Please provide some useful links explaining about CSIDE and how it can be employed in custom application development.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Loren,
https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll?func=ll&objId=67790529&objAction=browse&viewType=1 is a good repository, specifically, the quick start guide: https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/cs.dll/fetch/-15106263/15106294/15106295/16376487/67794710/67790529/cside/index.html
It may not be something that comes naturally to most, unless they are experienced with Builder, so it may be worth getting an instructor-led course, or PDF, on its usage, from learning services.
However, the quick start guide gets you in there, using it.
As for what you can develop for it? Essentially everything you see in the product, sans the SmartUI, which has its own respective SDK (and an OScript portion, in parts).
Some things are harder to do in OScript, than, say, using our APIs, or WebReports, so it depends on need.
Thanks,
Nizar
