OpenClassicCustom Demo failing to load

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to implement Smart UI customization of a sample demo in CSUI SDK i.e., OpenClassicCustom which is supposed to be command for opening the CS Classic UI properties page for the current node.

I have followed the steps mentioned in readme.md and deployed the custom module in CS 16.2.6. But its not working properly as expected.

So, I placed the commands folder with open.classic containing both js files. And after that I am getting the below error

also, now the Smart UI landing page is not loading because of the above error.

I like your "its not working properly as expected"

you probably have to check that your src/bundles/whatevermodule-all.js references all your publicly available js files in the define([... section.

then verify that your src/whatevermodule-extensions.json references your extensions.

then grunt to build, and you'll take what's been generated in the out-release folder to copy it in your module's support folder.

As Pierre correctly guessed, the culprit was a command module registered for the command extension, but not exposed as public in one of the module bundles. (We confirmed it by an e-mail.)

We confirmed, that the mppe module got registsred well by looking at the content of the {cgi-url}/app/config response. Parts of the registration below "paths", "bundles" and "config" were present.

The error meant, that the open.classic.command module couldn’t be loaded. The check of public module declarations in {cgi-url}/app/config response showed, that it was missing there:

"mppe/bundles/mppe-all": [  "mppe/widgets/mppe/mppe.view",  "json!mppe/widgets/mppe/mppe.manifest.json"]
