Migrating my local Documents to the Content Server Business Workspace

I want to migrate or move my Documents matching with the Content Server Business Workspace Name and Dynamically the File or Document should go Sit in the Respective Business Workspace.

- where do the documents come from

- which opentext software packages do you have

- do you prefer to program something or ootb solution

Doing in Visual Studio .Net and have Conent WebService, ECMLink WebService, DocumentManagement WebService.
Documents comes from matching with Business Workspace Names from my local System from respective Drives.
I want the logic for this, (Program for this Requirement).

If you have the workspace Business Object ID you can find the workspace via an ecmLink web service.

For uploading documents there are code samples in the KC:https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll?func=ll&objId=67792619&objAction=browse&viewType=1
