Smart View picks one less day than Classic View

Good afternoon,

We are using CS ver: Content Server 16.2.5 (2018-06), versión 440
Mod: ActiveView 16.2.0 , Content Suite Viewer 16.2.0 , WebReports de Content Server 16.2.0

We are currently having an issue with the process on the captures, to assign a date to a new folder using webreport.

in Smart View if we pick a date, it takes the day before the selected; but in Classic View, it generates the date selected correctly.

It's totally necessary to use the Smart View to make that process by our customer.

Anyone know why is this happening, and any solution above to making +1 to the picklist?

We still have the same issue.... Our customer will use both views, classic and smart, so we need to fix this problem.

Hey Roger,

Can you check what the timezone is on the server where your database resides? We've seen date/time issues with timezones in the smartui when database and application server have a different timezone allocated.

I suspect, that this is caused by handling a date-only value as a date+time value. Midnight of today would get converted to yesterday, if you work in a time zone west from Greenwich.

What is the component, where you enter the dates? What is the component, which displays the dates?

Do you have the client-side time zones enabled in CS administration? Smart UI supports client time zones since 16.2.3.
