How to relocate ELib 10.5 log files to a different non-standard location on Windows

Hi, Dear Colleagues!

I have an xECM 10.5 SP1 installation on MS Windows 2012R2. In this project we wand to separate all log files to a different non-standard location. As for Tomcat native logs, we can edit logging.properties; for AS and OTDS we can edit each \Tomcat\webapps\<webapp>\WEB-INF\lib\log4j.properties and relocate all corresponded logs to a new location.

But only for ot-elib application we can relocate only ot-elib-boot.log, but not the main ot-elib.log! I checked standard path C:\ProgramData\OpenText\Elib\config\elservice*.json, but no success.
