Custom Workflow Step missing Icon

We have a number of custom Workflow steps that are based on the User Step. For each we created a custom Icon ,so in the map it was easy differentiate. In CS16 map these step no longer have thier custom Icons. They all have the User Step icon.

What do I have to do have the custom icon displayed?

Are you speaking about Classic View or about Smart View?

Did you create a custom module for this? I haven't done anything with HTML5 but typically your icon would go in a support directory for your module and during install CS will copy it to the "OTHOME/support/your module/" directory. Then in your code you reference that directory (/img/your module/your icon).
