Error getting user data

Hi,

We are using CWS Document Management API on Content Server 16.2

While doing bulk calls/updates on a node, there are times we encountered an error stating:

"com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Error getting user data."

If we single out the error data and try running the webservice again, it works.

Anyone has any idea what this means? There wasn't any call that requires user data. Just retrieving the node or updating category attributes. Might it be related to the Authentication Token?
