Smart UI Scale

Hi,

It seems the entire Smart View is not scaling according to screen, I can understand if we need to implement scaling CSS code for Web Reports, but how does it work for the entire Smart UI Profile? I was under the impression OT already scales the Smart View? See the red arrow. Are there some configurations needed?

What is the problem? What is the expected layout?

If I ignore the red arrow, which you painted on the screenshot, I see 8 widgets, placed by 4 in 2 rows, where widgets 3 and 4 are in a column spanning across the first row.
