Finalize record & Delete options need to restrict on document properties in Smart UI

Hi Experts,
We need to restrict the options Finalize record & Delete option on Document properties in Smart UI, Please suggest how we can hide the options Finalize record & Delete options, for better understanding attaching screenshot here.

Both menu items are controlled by permitted actions fetched by "/api/v2/nodes/actions" for each node. The actions have signatures "delete" and "finalizerecord". The key is finding, what administration functionality configures them. Once you find it, the actions will be disabled in both Classic and Smart Views.

If you remove the Delete permission from the node, the action will not be available, for example.

Records Management hjas an administration page to configure classification and record finalising permissions.

Navigate to Enterprise\Records Management\Records Management Administration\System Settings\Default Settings and for the "Configure RM Multi-select Actions" setting uncheck the "Finalize Record" option, so that this action is not displayed.

Unchecked the Finalized record option under RM administration but still that option is not hiding, Please let us know is there any other option to acheive this

I verified that functionality is working correctly on CS 16.2.9 (2019-06). Refresh the webpage to ensure that the system configuration change is enforced.

Sorry, my mistake. Having a 2nd look at your screenshot I now realize you are referring to the Finalize Record inline action and not the toolbar action buttons.

The hiding of the Finalize Record inline action can be configured by enabling Functional Access and not granting the function, "Managed Objects - Finalize Record" to any groups to which the user is a member.
