How could I use content web service to get other user's workspace's ID

right now I login as an admin user and I only have admin user's otAuth, is there any functions in the content web service I could use to get other user's workspace's ID.

Each users workspace will be having negative userid of the user . It’s subtype will be 142 . Select ownerid from DTree where SUbType=142 . If you cannot run sql you can find this by impersonating the user you want and then asking for that users personal workspace . Both REST and CWS allow you to run SQL via a Live Report object
