How to recreate the Enterprise Library widget in SMART VIEW?

Hello,

we have an issue in  CS 16.2.3,

The date stamp showed under Enterprise folder -  "Modified " (Fixed System Column)under classic view

And the date stamp showed in the Smart View  - "Modified " column has a timer difference of 10 HRS.

For an item A, in Classic View the time stamp is : 01 November 2018 10:13 **

and

For the same item A in **Smart View - Enterprise Library widget, the time stamp is **11/01/2018 1:13:40 AM    **

There is a difference of 10 hours between the classic view and the smart view.

Any suggestions to the above issue is appreciated.
