Webreport to Remove all Permissions on a document

I am trying to create a webreport to remove all permissions on a document. I have tried the use of [LL_REPTAG=DATAID PERMACTION:ACL:1851002:REMOVE /] however this method requires you know the ID of the user/group you want to remove permissions for. We have a process for archiving documents and we need to remove all permissions to ensure the documents are no longer accessible. Has anyone accomplished something similar to this?

What you should ideally do is first iterate the ACL list of the intended document using the PERMINFO tag and then perform the REMOVE action one-by-one individually for each ID that you receive. The PERMINFO tag will provide you with a list of ID's that belongs to the ACL of a given DataID on which you can act on thereafter. This is then repeated for every document.

I am using a livereport to give me the list of dataid's to archive and then using a webreport to move the documents. I would like to use the same webreport to move the documents as well as remove the existing permissions. I think you are saying to query inside the webreport itself? If so do you have an example of this?

Assuming that DATAID is one of the column that is returned by your LiveReport and placing this below code between the [LL_WEBREPORT_STARTROW /] and [LL_WEBREPORT_ENDROW /] tags, you should be able to see how the below code works and help you get started with.
