Team Participants LiveReport

I'm trying to create a report that will show the Team Participants of a workspace, rather than the team roles.

I have one on DTreeACL + KUAF but it's showing only the Team Roles that have been set up based on the workspace template.
Is there another table I should be looking into?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

What @Appu_Nair1 states is correct. You should be able to retrieve all the Roles that belongs to a Connected Workspace from the KUAF table with the column Type as the DataId of the subject workspace. Once you collect the respective IDs for the individual roles, for example Coordinator from the KUAF table, you can then query for their children in the KUAFChildren table. Specific to your query, you might need to know the names of such coordinator specific roles in order to deduce those specific groups of interest.

The code for workspaces resembles the Project SUbType where there are roles like Coordinators, Members and Guests . In KUAF table you will have a Type of the DataID of the Project as against the regular users and groups are Type0 and 1. From then on once the Roles are established it should really be in KuAFChildten . I am speculating on this if this is wrong I stand corrected

Hi Appu,

Appreciate the reply. I believe the KUAFChildren only shows the members of that specific group. I'm trying to get the specific groups assigned to a workspace that isn't the generic roles that were configured (e.g. the group given the role of Coordinator)

I do not have a xECM workspace system to check but in case of project subtypes we usually find who is in those roles by tracing the group in KUAF and then finding who is assigned to that by the KUAFChildren relation . I don’t know if your question is regrading this try a xECM specific group to see if they have better answers?

BTW I do not work mostly in XECM WS but I follow CS very much.
Hans Stoop @Hans_Stoop is a veteran in that code and my thought is that Roles are expensive in XECM hence when we did
XECM implementations we stayed away from Roles and resorted to regular permission.since @PramodMohandas supported me this sparked my curiosity and I traced it for you use at your own discretion

Reiterating to what @Appu_Nair1 just said about using the concept of Roles extensively in Business Workspaces, it is best to avoid it as much as possible and instead make use of the default ACL list or the concept of Group Replacements if you need it so much.
You're bound to experience a lot of performance hits if you had thousands of workspaces with just 2-3 Roles specifically placed for a type of workspace as it adds an overhead to the KUAFRightsListNew table and chances of KState table locks that could be caused when workspaces are created in bulk. Using Roles extensively is considered a bad practice that you should most definitely stay clear of.
