Not sure of the etiquette for cross-posting (https://forums.opentext.com/forums/discussion/297292/can-we-update-an-additional-node-attribute-via-webreports/p1?new=1)
That said... :-) I've been looking into this without success, but am curious if the larger community might know. We're looking to update the Additional Node Attribute values on a whole bunch of items programmatically. Can this be done in CWS or other method?
Thanks for any advice or tips! Ben

@Benjamin Shapiro I have not looked but do you not think you can get by doing what the WR guys post said apparently it talked of getting your system attribute in a query and updating it. I have been in a school of thought that seemed to say the 'Additional Node Attributes' is almost akin to hemlock as it used to alter the old DTree with additional columns . Well then if Core oscript supports the API internally then I would always say that a custom tag could be made. I am more interested in knowing if the WR guys post don't cut it or not...
No, unfortunately the original post was about updating the permissions on items based on values of an Additional Node Attribute - not updating the attribute value itself.
