Help with the creation of a LiveReport

I am new creating reports in CS. We need to create a report to identify how many GBs of data is stored on the server that belongs to the personal workspace of deleted accounts. I wonder if somebody can help with it.
We CS 16.2.4 and Oracle.

There is a dedicated Livereport for this purpose available out of the box.
This is available under Personal / Reports / Livelink Reports / Personal Workspace Size

For the deleted users, simply add "AND Deleted=1" as @Appu_Nair suggested.

Select * from KUAF where Type=0 and Deleted=1 //this gives you Deleted Users from that get the KUAF.ID
Now everything in LL has an Owner hence OwnerID so you can find all things in a User by doing one of these.

Select * from DTree where SubType=142 /* target the PWS subtype */ and OwnerID= negative KUAF.ID;

Select * from DTree where SubType=142 /* target the PWS subtype */ and OwnerID=- 51090019; something like that

Now if you want to list his Contents
Select * from DTree where OwnerID=- 51090019;

The dataIds that are retrieved can be moved,deleted,r eassigned to valid people using API's or WR

For some reason, the report is not available to us under Personal / Reports / Livelink Reports / Personal Workspace Size. But I created the report using the screenshot you provided.
