Export CSV with hyperlink

Question

Hi, I'm really new in CS and I'm estimating how is it possible to have in the SmartView a CSV export. In the CSV there must be all the dir/file showed in the SmartView, included dir/file in the subfolder, with its hyperlink.

Probably I can do that with WebReport?

If yes how I can do that?

In WR when you add one select the one that says spreadsheetml  now that will open in excel you can include excel formulas as well
 As hrefs in that .it will work . Play with a small sample by pointing the WR to a folder and improve on it

This sounds like an action that could potentially have a very large performance impact depending on the size of your system. What is this information needed for?

In general you can generate CSVs fairly easily using WebReports. The basic approach is:

1) Get data using a data source e.g. a LiveReport which runs an SQL statement to get the information you need. To see this in principal you can just use the 25 Largest Documents LiveReport in the LiveReports volume as a test.

2) Create a new WebReport using one of the pre-shipped CSV templates, either CSV basic or CSV scripted and set the data source to be whatever you chose in step 1.

3) Go to the destination tab for the WebReport and set it to "Desktop" with a mime type of CSV.

When you run this report in the Smart View it will download a CSV of the data returned in the data source for you.
